Order Processing

We process orders within 48-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include the weekend). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM PST through the weekend are processed the following Monday or next business day. Emtagehair.com accepts orders to U.S. destinations only. We are unable to shipped to international destinations. Please note that we only ship authorized purchases.

Order Status

You may check on the status of your order by emailing us at info@emtagehair.com. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be provided. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, use your tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Emtage Hair purchase, simply return the unused portion with a note describing the reason, and we will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of your purchase. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.

We recommend returns or exchanges are sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that empty bottles are not accepted for a full refund. For additional information on returns and exchanges, please email us at

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged during the shipment process by the carrier, please save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately via email at

info@emtagehair.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Standard Shipping Service

At this time Emtage Hair offers a flat rate of $6.95 USPS, Priority Mail. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.

Payment Methods

Emtage Hair accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. We do not accept checks, money orders, COD and credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States.

In addition: For your security, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not match these criteria.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California.
